Treadmill Workout Plan… The Sneaky Secret To Success

When you have a treadmill workout plan, you essentially have the secret to success, and if that plan is executed correctly… there is nothing that can stop you from fulfilling your dreams with your new healthy lifestyle.

Bad Mr. Treadmill… Make Him Pay And Release Your Stress

Cardio is important for weight loss, weight maintenance, increasing your endurance and your heart health. Another great thing about the treadmill and any form of cardio is… it is an amazing stress reliever, if you had a bad day why not take it out on good ole’ Mr. Treadmill… make him pay for the nasty awful day that you just had. Once you do that I know you will feel so much better!

Conquer Your Cardio Base… Then Kick It Into Gear

To be safe, beginners should start with a cardio base of 3 workouts per week, let’s say start with 15 minutes per workout and then move the time commitment up as you get accustomed to using the treadmill. After you have this cardio base conquered we can move onto interval training at that point.

Start by walking 5 minutes, slowly increase your speed to 2.5, when you feel confident and have a nice smooth easy rhythm going, go ahead and increase your speed in .5 increments at a time, making sure you feel safe and comfortable with the speed that you have chosen.

If you feel you need more of a challenge let’s add some incline to the mix, again use an incline that you feel comfortable with. Keep increasing your speed and time on the treadmill until you hit that 30 minute mark.

Always warm up before starting your treadmill workout and try to perform a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week.

Strut Your Stuff… Look Like A Million Bucks!!

Try out the 30 minute treadmill workout plan listed below, go ahead and use lower speeds if this workout plan is too difficult, or you can increase the speeds if it is too easy, you can also adjust the incline as needed. This is one of my favorite cardio workouts and I hope it will soon become one of your favorites.

As soon as you can get this new treadmill workout plan integrated into your new healthy lifestyle with consistency, you will reap the rewards of all the effort that you put into working out and living healthy. Soon, you will have the strut of a fitness superstar and you’ll look like a million bucks! People will wonder what you have been doing.
