  • 03:30 am: 1 grapefruit, 6 almonds
  • 06:30 am: 1 protein shake, 6 strawberries, 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 09:30 am: 5 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 3 teaspoons chopped color peppers, 4 oz. sweet potato
  • 12:30 pm: 2 cups lettuce, 6 oz. chicken, 3 slices cucumber, 2 teaspoons chopped color peppers
  • 03:30 pm: 1 protein shake, 6 strawberries, 1/3 cup oats, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, 1 stalk celery
  • 06:30 pm: 6 oz. meat, 2 cups green vegetables
